NEW: Texas DPS arrests a Nicaraguan illegal alien who was caught smuggling four other illegal aliens in his vehicle near Eagle Pass, TX, including a Chinese special interest alien. One was identified as a Special Interest Alien (SIA) from China, BeiBei Liu, 34, dressed in camouflage.
